7:50 pm         2.            111 Harvard Street – convert a building to medical office use requiring parking relief and design review (4/16)

8:10 pm         3.            16 Addington Road – legalize the conversion of a 22-unit residential dwelling into a 26-unit building requiring a modification of a variance issued in 1966 and parking relief (4/23)

8:30 pm         4.            300 South Street (Bournewood) – construct a new single-story building, with a basement, to be used for overnight psychiatric facilities requiring a use variance and design review (5/14)
